Walk and Talk Therapy

(Only available to clients living in Owen Sound and Meaford areas and surrounding communities)

Walk & Talk Therapy is for clients who want to be physically active and outdoors while also gaining the benefits from psychotherapy. This approach provides opportunities for mindfulness, grounding, and incorporation of the healing power of nature into treatment. It can also be helpful for those who think best when they are moving. It can feel less awkward or uncomfortable walking and talking with your therapist as opposed to sitting in a small office.

Any new clients must start with one virtual session prior to beginning Walk and Talk Therapy. This allows an appropriate setting to complete Consent Forms and intake paperwork. We will then ensure that Walk and Talk therapy is a perfect fit for you.
